A Short Animation by Eun Sok Hong, Catherine Fiano, and Madeleine Root
Description
Anxiety High is an animation that sets out to show the experiences students go through while going about an average day in high school with anxiety.

The main character's anxiety takes form in visual and auditory representations, muddling reality as their fears and the overwhelming surroundings overtake the screen.

The goal of this animation is to normalize and simplistically explain anxiety disorders, in hopes that the representation might help others without anxiety to understand how it feels, and that those struggling will know that they aren't alone.
